Authenticity In Branding

Check out this interesting article on the Fast Company blog.  Interesting discussion regarding authenticity.  Many great insights can be gained when utilizing the ideas within the framwork of personal branding.  Also interesting is the idea that facts have nothing important to offer in the advertising world, but fiction is excellent for explaining fundamental human truths.

    I think facts are important in the advertising world if they are used correctly. For instance, if you are advertising an new product and want to differentiate it based on functionality, then you would want to include facts.
