Andrew Keen Puts Novice Blogger In His Place

So I was finally able to schedule an interview time with Andrew Keen for this evening and was hopeful that I would have the interview posted right away.  Unfortunately there will be no interview posted because no interview occurred.  Even though the phone call ended with me feeling more than a little insulted, Mr. Keen did write an insightful book with “The Cult Of The Amateur: How Today’s Internet Is Killing Our Culture” and maybe one day when the readership of this blog is a little higher I’ll try to contact him again.

I would have to say though, he is keeping true to his personal brand.  According to the latest post on his blog The Great Seduction, Keen is a ““a disgraceful fascist luddite communist control freak monarchist failed dotcom entrepreneur“.  He said it himself!  What I have to wonder though, is whether Mr. Keen’s umm…slight abrasiveness…is really him or something manufactured as a promotional tool?
